Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During product launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1–3 additional business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Times

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on order size, weight, and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. VELORI Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.

Carrier Delays
VELORI Beauty is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events outside of our control.


International Shipping

VELORI Beauty ships to select international destinations.

International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

VELORI Beauty is not responsible for:

  • Customs delays

  • Duties, taxes, or fees charged upon delivery

  • Orders refused or returned due to customs regulations

Shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders returned due to customs issues.


Pre-Orders & Product Launches

For pre-order items or special product launches, estimated ship dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items in the order are available.
