At VELORI Beauty, product safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Because our lash serum is a cosmetic product applied near the eye area, all products are considered final sale once shipped. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept physical returns of opened or used products.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

60-Day Results Guarantee
That said, we stand behind our formula and customer experience. If you are not satisfied with your results after using VELORI Lash Serum consistently for at least 60 days, you may be eligible for a resolution under our 60-Day Results Guarantee.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened products are not eligible for physical return.
This guarantee does not apply to misuse of the product, change of mind, personal preference, or inconsistent use. Abuse of this policy may result in denial of future claims. Decisions made under this guarantee are final.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@veloribeauty.com and include:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or store credit at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VELORI Beauty is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but reported as missing.
Please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal carrier first. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.
VELORI Beauty is not responsible for customs delays, fees charged upon delivery, or orders refused or returned due to customs regulations. Shipping fees are non-refundable for international orders affected by customs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Eligible issues will be resolved with a replacement product or store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
